The laboratory places great emphasis on the proper operation of equipment to ensure it provides vital support for research work. To guarantee the long-term safe and normal operation of experimental equipment and instruments, they are classified and managed by specially-assigned personnel. Comprehensive rules and regulations have been established to improve the utilization efficiency and develop the functionality of the instruments. While ensuring the completion of the laboratory's own research tasks, we also actively arrange personnel and plan usage to open a considerable number of large-scale laboratory instruments and equipment to researchers from external institutions. The laboratory's equipment costing over 300,000 yuan that is highly shared in its open service includes high-voltage test equipment, low-voltage current-interrupting test stations, electromagnetic analysis software, high-speed camera systems, arc plasma spectral diagnostic systems, current zero-crossing measurement systems, vacuum removable arc chambers, 126kV power frequency withstand voltage equipment, impulse withstand voltage test equipment, plasma discharge research systems, and high-voltage DC power equipment insulation research platforms.
