From April 10 to 12, 2026, the 1st Conference on Electrical Materials and Power Equipment was grandly convened in Xi’an. Hosted by the Engineering Dielectrics Special Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society, organized by the                 State Key Laboratory of Electrical Insulation and Power Equipment at Xi’an Jiaotong University, and co‑organized by Xi’an XD Electrical Materials Co., Ltd., the conference brought together experts, scholars and researchers from universities, research institutes and industrial enterprises across China in the ancient city of Xi’an. Participants conducted in‑depth exchanges on cutting‑edge technologies, innovative achievements and industrial applications in the field of electrical materials and power equipment, and jointly envisioned new prospects for industrial development.

The successful holding of this conference has built a high‑level, professional and open academic exchange platform for electrical materials and power equipment. It has effectively advanced the in‑depth integration of industry, university, research and application, as well as the coordination of innovation resources. Participating experts and scholars discussed frontier technologies, deliberated development directions and explored cooperation opportunities, further consolidating consensus on the innovative development of the industry.
